Glenn Vaughan
Academy Director
Glenn is a UEFA qualified coach that has taken Youth Modules 1, 2 & 3. He has worked with a number of academies (in a number of roles) including Peterborough United FC (League One), Nottingham Forest FC (Championship) and many more.
Glenn will deliver the day-to-day training with all Academy players as well as organisation of events from trials to tours.
He will also be delivering the education side of the programme as well having recently qualified as a teacher.
Sean Jesson
Lead Tutor
Sean has join us from a main stream college and brings a number of years experience in the teaching sector in a number of different settings.
As well as this he has a real passion for coaching at grassroots level, he holds a number of coaching qualification and is a Liverpool FC fan.
Rhys Davies
Assistant Coach
Rhys has a real passion for passing on his experiences to the younger generation of players, he also has a real passion for Arsenal FC.
Josh Hollobon
Goalkeeper Coach
Josh will be woking with our goalkeepers regularly to improve our goalkeepers, Josh was a former pupil of our Football Academy before he went on to study at UCFB and is now applying his trade a goalkeeper coach at a Championship football club.
